The Global Online Apprenticeship is open to Students of any sex, color, race, national and ethnic origin and makes available all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students enrolled in the Apprenticeship. DISCLAIMER AND AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS

Please enroll me in your upcoming Global Guitarmaking Apprenticeship. I understand that no one is responsible for my success or failure other than myself. I agree to participate in the online testing program, the weekly chat sessions, and agree to effecting the timely completion of the projects that I am assigned, and realize that if I am to be successful in this endeavor that I must be conscientious in my approach to studying the materials supplied to me and will make every effort to practice the techniques of hand tool woodworking that are required to effect the successful completion of the projects that I am assigned. I realize that this course of study is designed to acquaint me with the knowledge and skills necessary to effect each project in a specific order, and that as I develop these skills, I will be better prepared to complete the next project in the series. I agree to do all of the work and take all of the tests myself, and will not engage the assistance of any one else when I am participating in the testing portions of the program, and I realize that Global Apprenticeship students are expected to maintain high ethical standards in their course work and independent research.

I agree to hold harmless all associated with the Global Apprenticeship from and against any claims, costs, damages, and liability that arises as a direct or indirect result of the physical and/or mental activities associated with the course of study.

The Global Apprenticeship does not represent that the information provided for this series of classes is complete or accurate and that the Global Apprenticeship, its employees, sponsors, and contractors are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages or losses sustained or incurred in reliance on any information presented herein. Furthermore, reference herein to any specific product, process, or service by tradename, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise, does not necessarily constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by the Global Apprenticeship, its employees, sponsors, or contractors. ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

I authorize Anthony Huvard and The Global Online Guitarmaking Apprenticeship to charge to my credit card (as noted below), the costs associated with my participation in the program. I understand that I will be charged an initial enrollment fee of $250.00 (U.S. funds) and subsequently $100.00 (U.S. funds) per month, billable on the same day each month for as long as I continue to participate in The Global Online Guitarmaking Apprenticeship. I understand that I may withdraw from the program at any time if I send notice of my withdraw to The Global Online Guitarmaking Apprenticeship 30 days in advance of my withdrawal. I may take a temporary "leave of absence" from the program without penalty if I give 30 days notification in writing, but I must make formal application for reinstatement when I seek to return. I agree that all course materials are for my personal use and that I will not try to resell them to any one at any time, and further agree to protect the security of the program by keeping all course materials, chat transcripts, and passwords private. I understand that deviation from these simple regulations is ample cause for expulsion from the program.

I agree to treat all participants involved in the program with respect at all times and will refrain from using hostile or derogatory remarks or comments during the weekly CHAT sessions, under penalty of immediate expulsion from the program. The Global Online Apprenticeship reserves the right to refuse participation in the program to anyone, at anytime, for any reason. The Global Online Apprenticeship reserves the right to change apprenticeship content and sequence at any time and the scheduled tuition and monthly fees at any time subject to 30 day advance notice.
