Some of the changes to the festival this year were in my opinion great improvements such as, the festival was extended through Saturday thus allowing many more people to come, test drive rooms where people could hear the guitars played, and all of the different classes that were offered.
I think it was a great festival this year. The staffs of the festival's sponsors, Luthiers Mercantile International and String Letter Publishing, worked long and hard to make things run smoothly for exhibitors and attendees. Word is out that this is the place to see, hear, play, and buy handmade acoustic guitars whether it is a classical, steel string, archtop or bass guitars. What a tradition they've started, only in its second year and already such a success! Laurence Juber and Bill Davis
